The tinybox brand canvas is split into four areas, research, internal analysis, external analysis and laying the foundation for your brand’s future.

Before we meet, we spend time reviewing everything you’ve shared: your brief, any existing brand materials, and insights from your sector. This helps us come to the table with a clear understanding of where you’re at and where the opportunities might be.
This stage includes:

- Noting early patterns or positioning gaps
- Aligning on your goals, challenges and expectations for the workshop

It’s important to reflect on where you have been and how you have arrived where you are today. This helps you take stock of all you have achieved and provides us with a solid foundation of information about your business.
This stage includes:

- Why are you different, and why does it matter?

During this stage of the workshop, we will deep dive into understanding your audience and analysing your competition. Gaining a thorough understanding of those you serve and your position in the marketplace is essential for successfully going big with your story.

Once we’ve covered your current internal landscape, it’s time to begin crafting the new you. We will work together to create the boilerplate elements of your brand that everything else will flow out of.

- Exploring which brand voice is right for you
- Simplifying your offering for communication online
