project overview.
Altrin Systems is a technology consultancy founded by Perez Omoun, offering technology consultancy, software and systems development, and technology training. The company bridges the gap between business ambition and technical delivery, making expert software accessible for SMEs.
Despite strong engineering foundations, Altrin lacked a defined brand identity as it entered its activation phase. tinybox creative was brought in to lead a brand canvas workshop and develop the messaging and creative concepts to position Altrin Systems for growth.
the brand canvas.
Through the tinybox canvas workshop, we explored Altrin Systems’ origin story, competitive landscape, buyer personas, and long-term vision. A key theme emerged: Altrin Systems operates as “the bridge” between non-technical business owners and the technical teams who build their systems. This insight became the creative anchor for the entire project.
We discovered that Altrin’s name derives from “altering,” reflecting the company’s mission to change how people think about software. This concept of “Altrin Perceptions” became a key differentiator, setting the business apart from providers who simply promise collaboration without challenging the assumptions businesses hold about technology.
Key themes surfaced that would shape the brand messaging directly: accessibility, the belief that software and systems should not be out of reach for smaller organisations; a modular, start-small-scale-smart philosophy that removes the fear of costly, overwhelming builds; trust and transparency at every stage of delivery; and a human-first approach where Altrin empowers people, not just systems, replacing confusion with confidence.

creative concepts.
Using the workshop insights as our creative brief, we moved into concept development, translating Altrin’s brand strategy into three distinct creative directions.
Rather than variations of the same idea, each concept offered a different visual direction, messaging framework, and tonal approach. They were developed into full presentations with rationale, moodboard, headline systems, colour direction, and campaign mock-ups, then walked through with Perez to explore how they would work across real-world touchpoints.
Concept A, Technology Bridged, positioned Altrin as the bridge between business and technology. Concept B, Growth by Design, focused on structured, intentional growth through smart systems and strategic planning. Concept C, Altrin Your World, framed technology as something modular you build at your own pace. All three concepts carried tailored messaging across Altrin’s three service streams.
concept a.
The final direction wasn’t pulled from a single concept. It was built from the best of two.
During the presentation, Perez was drawn to Concept A’s striking colour palette and bold typography, along with the confident, colour-coded stream system. But it was Concept C’s modular messaging that resonated most, the idea of building technology into businesses one step at a time.
We combined the two, carrying Concept A’s visual strength forward while weaving in Concept C’s step-by-step narrative. The truss bridge shape overlay was replaced with a block outline, signifying modularity in building solutions that are accessible. This single change shifted the visual language from connection to construction, reinforcing how Altrin builds software into businesses piece by piece. The final strapline, “Bridging. Building. Enabling.” ties the three service streams together under one clear promise.
The campaign headlines evolved to reflect this combined direction: “Bridging Your Future” for Consultancy, “Building Your Vision” for Development, and “Enabling Your People” for Training. Each paired with the unifying line “One Step at a Time.”
a message crafted for connection.
We developed a messaging strategy that speaks directly to the challenges SME owners and L&D professionals face, with Altrin Systems positioned as the trusted partner making technology feel achievable. Each headline maps to one of the three core service streams: technology consultancy, software and systems development, and technology training.
